Unusual Animals

The animal that caught my eye as an unusual creature, was the slender loris. These animals are found mostly in London, England. They happen to be a cross between a pygmy possum and a northern hairy-nosed wombat, giving them their unusually ugly, but cute look. Another thing that makes this animal one of the rarest in the world, is that they are only about finger size to a human. The largest these animals come to be is around 12 cm (4.7 inch), most of them weighing in at 30 grams when they're first born. One of their well known charactheristics is having large age as a full grown adult. Their eyes are large for well used night vision, since these animals are nocternal.
